Harcum Family Relative in "America's Got Talent"
Eleven-year-old Arielle Baril wowed judges in a stellar "America's Got Talent" opera performance.
Arielle Bril—at only eleven years old—recently knocked the socks off of the judges of “America’s Got Talent” with an incredibly powerful rendition of “O Mio Babbino Caro” by the lauded composer Giacomo Puccini. Arielle is a Drexel Hill local and what’s more, the niece of Harcum College’s own Campus Safety Officer, Tony Campbell. She cites owing her operatic prowess in part to her brother, who began training her early in life.
It was the celebrity model, designer, and TV host Heidi Klum who most vocally supported the young singer, and pressed her buzzer to send her on to perform live at the Radio City Music Hall later this summer. She applauded the performance as “unbelievably mature and moving”.
