The work of nine Harcum College's Interior Design students will be on display during an in-person event that is free and open to the public on Wednesday, April 20, from 6-8 p.m., in the Harcum College Art & Design Center, 270 S. Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr, during the 2022
Annual Portfolio Show.
This year's event, the first in-person show in two years, is an explosion of creativity, artistry, expertise, and precision that features hand drawings, SketchUp drawings, and AutoCAD floor plans of retail and commercial spaces such as cafes, salons, and yoga centers; private residences; outdoor living spaces; and pieds-à-terre.
Attendees can meet this year's graduating class to view and discuss their work as well as learn more about the program and meet program faculty. This show is an ideal outing for anyone who is interested in the fields of interior design and decor, amateur or professional.

"Our students spent much of their class time on Zoom, and dealt with the ever-changing challenges that accompanied COVID-19," said Heidi Techner, M.S., IDEC, ASID, DVGBC, Interior Design Program Director. "In spite of it all, they connected to their highest intuition and wisdom,
came together as a community, and managed to rise above life’s stresses and limiting beliefs. We are so proud of their accomplishments, and can’t wait to share and celebrate their amazing creative work."
Harcum is still accepting applications for the Fall 2021 Interior Design class. Prospects do not need a portfolio to apply and all ages are welcome. The program provides all the classes and training students need to create a professional portfolio during the program. Interested students should email enroll@harcum.edu or call Admissions at 610-526-6050.
