The East Coast’s largest shopping center is pleased to announce the launch of its new personal shopper service. Focused on enhancing the customer shopping experience, this personalized amenity is available in time for holiday shopping.
During the initial complimentary engagement the mall’s personal shopper, Jessie Holeva who is also King of Prussia’s Style Setter, will work with customers through style assessments conducted by phone or in person. From hand-selecting new styles to providing insider tips on new collections and trends, this specialized service will help clients not only stay ahead of the fashion curve but save time and stress.
“Our goal is for each customer to enjoy a quality, convenient shopping experience at King of Prussia Mall,” said Kathy Smith director of marketing and business development. “The personal shopper program is a fantastic amenity for those looking to save time or just enjoy a customized shopping visit.”

Following the preliminary consultation with Jessie, customers can choose to use this amenity in one of two ways. Jessie’s role can function like a concierge service and shop on the customer’s behalf, or she can escort the customer on a custom shopping tour of King of Prussia.
