Greg Dodge, co-owner Center City and Bryn Mawr Tredici Enoteca locations, denies misappropriating funds from restaurants he operates.
MAIN LINE, PA — A Main Line restaurateur is denying accusations of defrauding investors and misappropriating funds levied by the restaurant group he co-owns, according to a report.
Philadelphia Magazine reports Tredici Enoteca LLC field a federal lawsuit against its co-owner Greg Dodge, of Ardmore. Dodge also is the head of Zavino Hospitality Group, which operates the Bryn Mawr and Washington DC Tredici Enoteca restaurants, owned by Tredici Enoteca LLC.
The suit alleges Dodge used money from the restaurants to "line his own pocket, pay his personal expenses, and improperly transfer money among the legally-distinct restaurant entities," Philly Mag reports.
