The township is in the middle of getting public input on its comprehensive plan draft. One final input session is planned for next month.
“A comprehensive plan is a generational planning document reflective of the position and aspirations of a community at a point in time. The comprehensive plan provides the community an opportunity to work together to establish a collective vision and plan for future circumstances. It provides a roadmap for future policies, programs and projects that will affect the character of the community and the quality of life for its residents,” according to the introduction in the draft plan.
