Lower Merion Run For Our Schools Set For June 2

BRYN MAWR, PA — The Education Foundation of Lower Merion is getting ready to host its 5k run/1.5 mile walk/and track trot on June 2.

The 10th annual Lower Merion Run For Our Schools event will be held Sunday, June 2 at Harriton High School in Bryn Mawr.

In addition to the 5K Run, a 1.5 Mile Walk, and a "Track Trot" for our youngest runners, the event will feature a Fitness Fair with area vendors.

Check ins begin at 7:45 a.m. the day of the race. The race and walk kick off at 9 a.m. Track Trotters will begin at 10 a.m.

Early bib pick-up will be at Lower Merion High School on June 1, however the time has yet to be announced.

The 5K Run course is an out-and-back course that starts and ends at Harriton High School track.

Age categories are:

• 9 and under
• 10-11
• 12-14
• 15-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60 and over.

• Sponsorship: Bronze level (1 registrant) (Individual): $100
• Sponsorship: Silver level (2 registrants) (Individual): $250
• Sponsorship: Gold level (up to 4 registrants) (Individual): $500
• Sponsorship: Platinum level (up to 6 registrants) (Individual): $1,000
