Main Line Bartender Sold Cocaine At Work: Police
The bartender is accused of selling cocaine to undercover officers while working at a Radnor eatery.
BRYN MAWR, PA – A bartender at a Main Line eatery has been arrested for allegedly selling cocaine to undercover police officers while working at the establishment. Edson Arechaga is now facing 10 counts of drug related charges, according to court records.
Arechaga has been charged with three felony counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility; three counts of possession of a controlled substance; and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show.
Arechaga, 31, of Bridgeport, was held on $30,000 bail after being arraigned Wednesday, according to court documents.

Radnor Police said Arechaga was arrested Wednesday, May 24 without incident.
Arechaga was a bartender at Estia Taverna on the 200 block of N. Radnor Chester Road when he allegedly sold cocaine to undercover police on four different occasions while working there, police said.

A K9 from Haverford Township Police Department was deployed at the tavern to determine if more drugs were inside the building but only trace amounts were discovered, police said.
A health inspection closed the restaurant temporarily and the eatery reopened Wednesday night, police said.
Police said the restaurant is cooperating fully with police and has denounced the alleged actions of Archaga. Police said they are thankful for the assistance the restaurant management has provided in the case.The investigation is ongoing, police said.
