Main Line BBQ Spot Serves Top Fried Chicken Sandwiches: Inquirer
This Main Line restaurant specializing in barbecue also offers up two stellar fried chicken sandwiches, food writer Michael Klein says.
MAIN LINE, PA — Fried chicken is one of those foods that seems to be universally loved. And here on the Main Line, one spot serves some of the area's best fried chicken in sandwich form, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Food writer Michael Klein recently drew up a list of the area's newest places to get fried chicken sandwiches in and around Philadelphia.
Klein's list heavily features Philadelphia eateries, but an Ardmore restaurant was featured.

The smokers are running on high at Greg Herman’s summertime start-up in Ardmore, which mixes a barbecue and comfort-food menu. Herman offers two herb-brined chicken-thigh sandwiches on his menu: the ‘Bama (with Alabama white sauce, grilled onion, white cheddar, and housemade pickles, and a hot chicken with jalapeño aioli, arugula, Gruyère, and jalapeño relish on a brioche.
