Main Line Opioid Info Session Set For Sept. 10

The event will feature expert speakers, music, and food all while keeping you abreast of the growing opioid epidemic in the area.

An informational session on the growing opioid epidemic is coming to the Main Line next month. The event will shed light on how the area is being affected by it.

The free community informational session will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 10 in the Shire Pavilion at Wilson Farm Park in Wayne.

Speakers include members of the Tredyffrin Town Watch, the Opioid Prevention Task Force, and the Chester County Assistant District Attorney.

The event will feature music and food, as well. Music will be performed by PA Leadership Charter School Jazz. Food trucks The Happy Pita,Mr. D's, Jules Thin Crust Pizza will serve up grub to those in attendance.
