Main Line Premier Urgent Cares Being Bought By Tower Health
Premier Urgent Care centers on the Main Line, along with 18 other locations, will soon be under ownership of Tower Health.

Tower Health announced its second major purchase of a Philadelphia area healthcare business, as they came to an agreement to purchase 19 Premier Urgent Care locations across the region.
Tower also bought out Community Health Systems' five large hospitals across the region one year ago.

- 635 Conestoga Road, Villanova
- 2231 Bryn Mawr Ave., Philadelphia
- 215 Lancaster Ave., Malvern
- 278 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton
Urgent Cares are spread throughout the area, and include two in Philadelphia, three in Chester County, five in Montgomery County, and five in Bucks County, in addition to one each in Berks County, Northampton County, and the state of Delaware.
"Tower Health is committed to taking care of our communities, providing the most appropriate care in the right place, at the right time," Clint Matthews, President and CEO, Tower Health, said in a statement. "Our acquisition of Premier Urgent Care is a tremendous opportunity to quickly fill a need in our communities for access to walk-in care when a patient's doctor is not available or when a consumer does not have a doctor.

The sale is expected to be finalized at some point this fall, Tower said.
