Medical Marijuana Dispensary Could Come To Bryn Mawr

The Main Line could get its third medical marijuana dispensary should Radnor officials give approval to Ilera Healthcare's proposal.

BRYN MAWR, PA – The Main Line could get another medical marijuana dispensary should the Radnor Township Zoning Hearing Board approve exemptions and variances to a healthcare group that has already opened a dispensary in Montgomery County.

The board is set to decide on whether to the grant variances and exemptions to Ilera Healthcare for a proposed center at 1024 E. Lancaster Ave. in Bryn Mawr.

Owned by Crotonville Holdings, the location is zoned as residential, so Ilera is seeking a zoning variance to allow commercial use of the property, according to Zoning Hearing Board documents. Ilera also requests an exemption from code detailing parking space regulations.
