Morris Ave Mill Creek Bridge In Bryn Mawr Closing Through August

The bridge will be replaced over the summer, forcing the road to close through mid August, according to Lower Merion Township

BRYN MAWR, PA – The Mill Creek bridge on Morris Avenue in Bryn Mawr will be replaced and work is expected to begin next week, lasting through mid August, according to Lower Merion Township.

The No. 8 Bridge on Morris Avenue over Mill Creek, between Pennstone and Old Gulph roads, will be replaced with work starting as early as May 7, with a detour to be put in place on that date.

Morris Avenue will be closed to traffic from Old Gulph Road to Williamson Road, but residents will have access right up to the work zone on the bridge, according to the township.

The bridge is set to reopen by August 19.
