GLADWYNE, PA – U.S. News and World Report has named Muirfield, the skilled nursing center at Waverly Heights Retirement Community, one of the best nursing homes in America. This acknowledgment is based on a five-star rating from the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The government rating system looks at three areas: survey results, staffing and quality measures. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Waverly Heights has received the five-star rating.
