New Retail and Apartment Building Coming to Bryn Mawr?
Lower Merion's Building and Planning Committee discussed a proposed demolition of a Bryn Mawr storefront and houses.

Lower Merion's Building and Planning Committee met April 10 to discuss a proposed new retail and apartment building.
According to Main Line Media News, "the lot at 1112 W. Lancaster Ave. is currently occupied by one of the early commercial buildings of the town. It would be demolished along with a carriage house at the rear of the property. The development plan also calls for razing of two older single-family homes around the corner at 20 and 24 S. Roberts Road, where the partners would build two larger twin homes, for four new residential units."
