New Scholarship for Art Institute Students
Harcum College announces support for students displaced by the sudden closure of the Philadelphia location.
The sudden announcement of the Art Institute’s imminent closure will displace many students. Harcum College has announced plans to support those students and help them achieve their educational goals.
Harcum College will waive application fees for current and prospective Art Institute students. Current Art Institute students may transfer up to 30 credits to Harcum. Annual scholarships up to $5,000 are available
to qualified applicants who are seeking to complete an associates degree.
Harcum has a rich history in providing arts education that combines a strong foundation in liberal arts, technical skills in specific applied arts, and demonstrated success in career preparation. Harcum offers
degrees in Digital Design, Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, Photography, and Marketing with a certificate in Social Media.

support students who may not be able to complete their studies at the Art Institute."

Harcum operates on a rolling admission basis, so it is not too late to apply and begin classes as early as Fall 2018.
