New Trash, Recycling Receptacles Installed In Bryn Mawr
These new containers use solar energy to power a compactor inside them and also let crews know when they need to be emptied.

BRYN MAWR, PA — Downtown Bryn Mawr has some new, tech-y trash and recycling receptacles thanks to Lower Merion Township's Public Works crews.
Crews recently installed eight sets of new environmentally friendly "Bigbelly" side-by-side trash and recycling containers.
These new containers use solar energy to power a compactor inside them.
