NJ Man Prowled, Trespassed At Bryn Mawr Home: Authorities

The man allegedly was seen peering inside the Bryn Mawr home, frightening the family inside, on Dec. 21.

BRYN MAWR, PA – A family in Bryn Mawr was frightened after they found a New Jersey man peering inside their home on Dec. 21, according to authorities and a media report.

Evan P. Uebele, 34, of Gloucester City, New Jersey, was charged by Lower Merion Township Police with loitering and prowling at night, criminal trespassing, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court records.

Uebele was arrested Dec. 21 and released on Dec. 22 following a preliminary arraignment, during which a judge set a $5,000 unsecured bail amount.

Lower Merion Police arrested Uebele after he was allegedly seen peering into a home on the 300 block of Millbank Road in Bryn Mawr, frightening the family inside, according to Main Line Media News.

Uebele is set to appear for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 4, court records show.
