Randor To Host Bo Connor Park & Warren Filipone Park Projects Completion

Exciting Improvements were just completed at Bo Connor Park & Warren Filipone Park! The improvements were authorized by the Board of Commissioners in 2015 per Ordinance 2015-18 which approved funding for several parks and trail improvement projects. Both parks have been completed and have reopened for the residents' enjoyment! Thank you for your patience and cooperation during the project.

Park Improvements at Bo Connor Park Include:

Fencing Replacement, Sidewalk Repairs, Ball Field Repairs, Basketball Court Repairs, Installation of a Pickleball Court

Park Improvements at Warren Filipone Park Include:

Parking Lot, Tennis Court and Ball Field Fence Repairs, Installation of Dugouts, Installation of Accessible Walkways and Crosswalk

ABOUT RADNOR TOWNSHIP DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION The Radnor Township Recreation and Community Programming Department is responsible for the administration of year-round recreational programming and community events for all ages and the operation of township facilities. This includes: Parks, Radnor Activity Center at Sulpizio Gymnasium, Radnor Skatepark, The Radnor Trail, The Willows Mansion / Cottage. The Department also works in cooperation with the Public Works Department, who directly oversees the coordination of the maintenance of all of these facilities. The department aims to serve the best interest of all residents by offering an array of recreational opportunities and maintaining a secure environment that enhances the quality of life for members of the Radnor Township community.
