SEPTA Removing Trees On Garrett Ave In Bryn Mawr This Week
Crews will be staging and operating equipment from the parking area at Emlen Tunnell Park and parking will be limited there, SEPTA said.

BRYN MAWR, PA — Tree removal work will affect the area around Emlen Tunnell Park in Bryn Mawr for several days this week, SEPTA said.
Work will be performed along the Norristown High Speed Line right-of-way just west of Garrett Avenue Monday, June 10 through Wednesday, June 12 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
In order to safely perform this work, crews will be staging and operating equipment from the parking area at Emlen Tunnell Park.

The park will remain open during but approximately one-third of the parking area will not be available for public use.
Work will be performed during daylight hours only.

However, residents in the area may notice construction noise.
Residents, pedestrians and park users are reminded to be aware of their surroundings near construction work and observe all posted signage.
