"GROUNDED" Documentary AT MUFON MARCH 17
Alaskan Wildlife Filmmaker Discovers the Earth Can Heal Back Pain
Steve Kroshchel has convinced not only himself, but a whole town that connecting to the earth relieves pain, improves sleep, and protects us.
Main Line Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) screens his documentary, “Grounded” Tuesday, March 17, 6:30 pm at Tredyffrin Public Library, Strafford, PA. For more information about this free program, visit the website: www.MainLineMUFON.com
The ancients may have known this secret--that your bare skin contact with the earth can reduce inflammation—arthritis, joint and back pain, and sleep disorders. Physicians attest that earthing will reduce EMF (electro-magnetic fields) by comparing voltage when we are near cell phones, electronics and Wi-Fi. (Excessive EMF/radiation, has been reported to cause cancer and tumors in animals and humans.)
Kroschel, suffering from chronic back pain shoveling heavy snow and cutting firewood at his wildlife shelter, dared to test out the claim. One winter night in below-zero temperatures, he undressed and climbed into a small crawl space beneath his cabin and went to sleep. He awoke to less pain, so he enlisted his neighbors in Haines, Alaska (population 1700) to go barefoot, and to sleep with grounding blankets. The town experiment attracted worldwide attention when a man who had not walked for decades, started to walk, and a local fireman, disabled with back pain could now lift roadkill (as heavy as a moose).
Even Karin, an orphan moose responded to earthing, instinctively moving to the grounding pad in the shelter.
Two Apollo astronauts, Dr. Edgar Mitchell and Charlie Duke appear in the film. Noted cardiologist Dr. Stephen Sinatra and Internet health guru, Dr. Joseph Mercola attest to the beneficial effects of skin contact to the earth; the earth emits electrons that transfer to the body, reducing harmful free radicals and inflammation that cause pain.
