Whether you own one rental home or a growing portfolio, TCS handles the day-to-day work of being a landlord so you don't have to. Our services include: - Tenant placement: dedicated marketing, thorough screening and multiple qualified applicants for every vacancy - Leasing: current, compliant lease agreements with the required disclosures and addenda - Rent collection: on-time collection, bill payment and clear monthly owner statements - Maintenance and repairs: vetted contractors (or your own, if you prefer), plus a 24-hour emergency line - Owner protection:a six-month tenant placement warranty and a tenant damage policy for qualifying new clients Every property is backed by centralized technology, accounting, compliance and maintenance coordination, combined with strong relationships in each local market. Owners get the consistency of a national company and the responsiveness of a local partner. TCS also works closely with real estate agents. Main Line Kitchen Design

It’s how we’ve continued to grow our business by 25% each year since 2010, and why referrals from happy clients continue to bring us new opportunities to create beautiful, functional kitchens.
