ULI Philadelphia Presents: 3rd Annual Willard G. "Bill" Rouse III Awards for Excellence

Celebrate the Region’s Top Real Estate Projects at ULI Philadelphia’s 3rd Annual Awards for Excellence honoring the legacy of Willard G. “Bill” Rouse III. This year’s winners will be announced at an awards reception in June 15th at the Ballroom at The Ben in Center City, Philadelphia.

The Awards for Excellence recognize top projects completed within the last five years by ULI members and nonmembers throughout Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware.

The finalists represent a wide variety of project types, including adaptive reuse, green space, commercial, residential, healthcare and entertainment, and were selected by a jury of 15 experienced national ULI leaders and real estate experts specifically chosen from outside the region to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
