- Safety is most important! So be sure to switch off any electricity before addressing the water.
- Take pictures! Make sure to document all of the damages sustained from the flood for insurance purposes
- Timing is key! This is because mold can begin to grow as soon as 24 hours after a flood occurs. Therefore, try to remove as much water as possible and take out any wet contents immediately.
- Call us! We can set up an estimate. We can also remove dry your home and remove any mold. Whether it be carpet, walls or hardwood floors, we'll get you back into your home as soon as possible.
- Again, safety first! After the fire has been extinguished, be sure that the house is safe to enter. Anyone entering your damaged home should wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, closed-toed rubber-soled shoes or boots and work gloves, plus dust masks, safety goggles and/or a hard hat when necessary.
- Take pictures! Again this is for insurance purposes, and to know what items were lost during the fire.
- Call us! We offer environmentally safe ways of removing soot through the process of soda blasting, and will salvage as much as possible in order to save your personal possessions.
