Youngs Ford Road In Gladwyne Closing Wednesday
Work on the road will last about a week then move to Monticello Drive if the weather permits, officials said.
GLADWYNE, PA – Water main work will close Youngs Ford Road in Gladwyne for about a week starting Wednesday, Jan. 10, according to Lower Merion Township.
The road will close between Waverly and Lafayette roads from 8:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Work on Youngs Ford Road is expected to last a week, then work will shift to Monticello Drive, weather permitting, officials said.

The entire project should last three to four weeks, the township said.
Residents, buses, and emergency vehicles will not have through access during the work hours, the township said. Residents will have access to their properties at all times, however.
