• PennWest celebrates expanded Rutledge Institute for Early Childhood Education (heraldstandard.com) — Families in California can now access a much larger, newly renovated Rutledge Institute at PennWest California, expanding early childhood enrollment from 32 to 80 children. The $5.5 million project adds classrooms, a STEM lab, and other learning spaces while giving PennWest California students more hands-on teaching experience. Local children also benefit from fully funded tuition and supplies through the Rutledges' scholarships.
