• Canonsburg adopts drone program (observer-reporter.com) — Canonsburg Borough Council has unanimously created a Public Safety Drone Program that will let the town raise money and set rules for new emergency-response drones after recent flooding disabled existing equipment. Police already have three licensed pilots, and the program could train more borough staff while seeking about $20,000 for a weather-capable drone to improve responses in severe storms.
