The owner of Big Fella's Pizza and McGrogan's Tap Room in Canonsburg waived five counts of harassment and two counts of harassment to court Tuesday, according to online court records.
Sean Jordan, 42, was charged by Canonsburg police Feb. 5 after he allegedly threatened borough officials.
He appeared Tuesday before district Judge Ethan Ward for a preliminary hearing.
