Black Box Corp. Announces Acquisition of PS Technologies
PS Technologies, LLC represents approximately $28 million in annual historical revenues.

Lawrence-based Black Box Corp. today announced the acquisition of PS Technologies, a privately-held company headquartered in Dayton, Ohio.
PS Tech is the first Black Box acquisition in the rapidly growing enterprise video communications market and services clients in the healthcare and government verticals.
PS Tech has expertise ranging from integration of remote offices via desktop conferencing to deployment of the latest in world class TelePresence technology. PS Tech sells and services solutions throughout the continental U.S., Europe and the Pacific Rim. Annual historical revenues of PS Tech are approximately $28 million.

Leo Flotron, former PC Tech president, said in a statement:

Flotron will report to Julie Lyda, vice president and general manger of Black Box.
Lyda said in a statement:
