Blotter: Shots Fired Outside Bar, Man Charged with Public Intoxication
Police are investigating the following incidents.

received reports of shots being fired outside just after midnight Monday.
Police said a bartender called to report that he heard shots being fired from the parking lot.
When officers arrived, they found four .45 caliber shell casings lying together on the ground in the west side of the parking lot near the fence with East End Auto.

Police said fingerprints could not be obtained because the shells were lying in a rain puddle.
Borough Man Cited for Public Intoxication

Canonsburg police cited John Kosek Jr., of 123 1/2 E. College St. with public intoxication Friday after a neighbor called to report that he was sitting on her porch and yelling about a no trespassing sign that had been posted there.
Houston Man Cited for Harassment
Easton Lamont, of 135 Haft St., Houston, told Canonsburg police that Brennan Cole struck him in the face as he was exiting the Shop 'n Save in the borough Sunday.
A police report indicated that Lamont's right cheek was bruised, and that he told officers there is an ongoing problem between he and Cole.
The report indicated that Cole would be charged with harassment. The charge will proceed by summons.
