Sweetwater Makes Call for Holiday mART Artists

Sweetwater Center for the Arts is celebrating its 19th annual holiday sale of handcrafted, unique works created by local and national artisans.

As part of the event, Sweetwater is currently seeking new artists to display their wares at its annual Holiday mART in Sewickley.

The sale provides one-of-a-kind items in a wide range of price points and media, including ceramics, glass, fiber art, home decor, ornaments, jewelry, stationary, children's gifts, fine art, prints, photography and more.

Holiday mART is a juried event that runs from Dec. 1 through Dec. 8. To submit an entry for Holiday mART, click here to download an artist entry form.
All entries must be received by Monday, Oct. 21.

Sweetwater lists these benefits in selling your work at Holiday mART:

1. There is NO TABLE FEE, just a one-time submission fee of $20. 
2. The artists do NOT have to attend the sale - the entire process is streamlined and efficiently ran by Sweetwater staff 
3. Artists only need to inventory their work online, label it and hand deliver or mail it to Sweetwater. 
 
Holiday mART runs Dec. 1 to Dec. 8: 
11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday
11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday
11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
 
As a nonprofit organization, Holiday mART proceeds support Sweetwater’s numerous art programs for children and adults held throughout the year in addition to providing support to participating artists.
