Additionally, in the race for Canon-McMillan School Board, current board President Darla Bowman-Monaco secured both the Democratic an the Republican nominations for the four-year Cecil Township seat.

She received 64 percent of the votes cast on the Republican side of the ballot, receiving 326 votesβ€”winning over challenger Ronald Vrana. He received 434.2 percent of the votes cast, or 174.

For the four-year Canonsburg seat, current school Directors Eric Kline and Paul Scarmazzi secured both the Democratic and Republican nominations. For the four-year North Strabane seat, current school Director Zeffie Carroll secured the Democratic nomination. There were no Republican challengers.
