The Lt. Terrence Mulkeen Memorial Golf Tournament will be at Lindenwood Golf Club.
This year marks the 21st Anniversary (with a short hiatus) of the Lt. Terrence Mulkeen Memorial Golf Tournament, a charity outing that funds a $6,000 scholarship of the same name. The scholarship was founded in memory of Terry Mulkeen, a 1977 graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School. Terry was a Navy pilot who was tragically killed in a training mission on March 29, 1991. The night he died, this scholarship was born.
The scholarship is awarded to a distinguished Mt. Lebanon senior athlete/scholar. The goal is to build a self-perpetuating fund that will continue to subsidize the college education of deserving Mt. Lebanon students. To date, this has been made possible through the contributions of family, friends and businesses.
