Former Cecil Residents Benefited from Southern Beltway
Though the homeowners have been relocated to make way for the highway project, the PA Turnpike Commission doesn't have the cash to build the roadway.

Some former residents of Morganza Road in Cecil Township had new houses purchased or built for them as they were relocated to make way for the PA Turnpike Commission's proposed Southern Beltway.
But WTAE-TV is reporting that while some residents got good deals, other remaining neighbors question why taxpayers paid to relocate homeowners for a road that may never be completed.
