Get Duplicate License, ID Card Online from PennDOT
You can now order a PA driver's license online if yours is lost lost or stolen.

Pennsylvania residentsΒ can now order duplicate non-commercial driver's licenses orΒ photoΒ identification cards online if theirs are lost or stolen.
No additional fees are charged for online transactions. A customer applyingΒ forΒ a duplicate license or photo ID card online must provide his or herΒ driver'sΒ licenseΒ or ID card number, last four digits of his or herΒ Social Security number, and his or herΒ date ofΒ birth in order to complete the transaction.
A $13.50 fee for the duplicateΒ driver's license or photo ID card will be charged to the customer's creditΒ cardΒ for the new product. The fee for a duplicate driver's license with a classΒ MΒ (motorcycle) is $18.50.
Customers applying for duplicate driver's licenses online can print temporary Internet copies of their licenses to use until their new photoΒ licenses arrive in the mail. The temporary licenses are valid for 15 days.

- Changes of addresses
