Why Go?: Adults and "older teens" (11th and 12th grades) are invited to this introductory class by a certified instructor. During the eight-week long program, you'll learn to draw stills, landscapes and people. Pre-registration is requested and there is a $5 per participant fee to help cover program costs.

Why Go?: The Houston Girlfriends are pleased to sponsor a special "STAY SAFE" community event at the First Presbyterian Church in Houston starting at 1 p.m. where representatives from the Houston Police Department and Houston Volunteer Fire Department will join to present information on scam artists, self-defense, fire safety and more.
