Hearing Set Tuesday for Home Invasion Suspects
The three Houston men are being held in Washington County Jail pending the hearing before District Judge David Mark.
Three men from Houston face preliminary hearings before Magisterial District Judge David W. Mark at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, on charges stemming from a home invasion and standoff in on May 10.
Brennan Mitchell Cole, 18; Jovontai Graham, 19; and Brandon Michael Trent, 18, are each charged with two counts of robbery with the threat of immediate serious injury, one count of burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of criminal tresspass—breaking into a structure, one count carrying a firearm without a license, two counts of terroristic threats, one count of theft by unlawful taking—moveable property, and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.
Each of the three men is being held in Washington County Jail on $250,000 straight bond after being unable to post bail.

The incident closed down South Central Avenue between Boone Avenue and Elm Street after were called to the scene around 3 a.m. last Thursday. A SWAT team was called in after police said Cole refused to surrender.
