Looking for a new physical activity? Why not give YOGA a try?

The Frank Sarris Library wishes to offer both morning and evening weekly yoga classes starting in the fall of 2013.  Free classes will be held on August 20 to introduce the instructor and to learn if there is sufficient community interest to schedule classes.  If you would like to improve your health and flexibility while enjoying a gentle, slower-moving style of yoga, please add your name to the sign-up sheet at the front desk.  (For more information on the instructor and her style of yoga, visit http://yoga.ljm.home.comcast.net.)
