Man Faces Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct Charges

charged a man with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct following an altercation in a township home early Sunday morning.

Police were called to 539 Filkorn Rd. for a report of a woman with glass stuck in her head at close to 2:53 a.m. Sunday.

The woman was taken to Allegheny Hospital for treatment of injuries, police said.

James Douglass, 24, no address given, was charged and then arraigned before district Judge Robert Redlinger. He was briefly jailed on $2,500 bond.
