Obituary: Dolores Irene Wise

Dolores I. Wise, 82, of , died Monday, Jan. 16, 2012 in Townview Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born March 3, 1929 in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Fred and Rosella Pelkey Kennell.

Prior to her retirement she worked as an operator for Bell Telephone. Mrs. Wise was a member of Center Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are one son, Terry Wise of Canonsburg; one brother, Allen Kennell of Finleyville; and two nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don H. Wise, who died April 24, 2000; and one brother, Richard Kennell.

There will be no public visitation and services are private. Arrangements are entrusted to Sollon Funeral Home at 30 E. College St. in Canonsburg.
