Plant-Based Cooking Demonstration and Food Sampling

Join Tracey Eakin, Plant-Based Nutrition Counselor, and Caroline Graettinger, Plant-Based Recipe Developer, for an exciting foray into the realm of plant-based cuisine.  The program will begin with a brief nutrition presentation followed by a cooking demonstration and food sampling.

Whether you are a seasoned vegan looking for some new ideas, new to the lifestyle and not quite sure what to make, or just interested in enjoying one or two plant-based meals per week, you are sure to learn something new!  Recipes and a planning guide will be provided.  $25 each.  Register for the program at the library's circulation desk or call 724.941.9430.
