Possible Missing Person from Canonsburg Reported to Police

Canonsburg resident William Myers, 27, of 407 Duquesne Ave., Apt. C, hasn’t been seen in several days.

Police reported that a fellow employee called them on Saturday when he didn’t show up for work at the Asbury Heights Retirement Home and hadn’t picked up his paycheck the day before. Police went to the residence and his vehicle was not there and no one was home.

A second call to police came in on Sunday to say that Myers hasn’t been at the nursing school he attends either. Police went to his apartment again on Sunday and no one was home. They asked a neighbor living in Apartment A who indicated that neither Myers nor his car have been seen in approximately 10 days.

Police are investigating and said that he may have a grandmother who lives nearby and are trying to locate the landlord so one of them can file an official missing persons report.
