Range Resources Leader Named Engineer of the Year
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Range Resources Ray Walker was recently honored with the title.
The Engineers' Society of Western Pennsylvania recently named Ray N. Walker Jr.βa Range Resources executive and co-founder of the Marcellus Shale Coalitionβits Engineer of the Year.
The honor was in recognition of his "pioneering Marcellus Shale natural gas development work."
Walker is senior vice president and chief operating officer at Range Resources, which has a headquarters in Southpointe II. Led by Walker, Range successfully drilled and completed the first Marcellus Shale natural gas well.
