Think Spring with Pittsburgh Stone and Waterscapes

Thought to the outdoors

While the weather is still nice and before the shock of that first snowfall, minor landscaping maintenance should be done now. Fall is the best time to over-seed (or even reseed lawns); lay down that last layer of mulch; mow; pull weeds; and trim the bushes. Take a little bit of time to inspect your driveways and paths for cracks, as there is still time to fix minor damage before winter when water can spill into cracks and freeze, pushing cracks farther apart causing bigger damage.

And finally, take a good look around and think about how you want to add to the backyard to create more outdoor living area for your family and also take a look out front to think about what you can do to boost that curb appeal! Now is the perfect time to meet with a Pittsburgh Stone and Waterscapes’ consultant to plan next year’s project and get a head start on spring!
