Almost incoherent is certainly the best way to describe the statement made by Judge McGraw-Desmet in the case of a bullied teenager charged with disorderly conduct while his bullies got off without so much as a warning. If she cannot even defend her own reprehensible opinion in an articulate way, what is she doing on the bench? Add to the fact that the judge admitted that her mother's name and position helped her win her position, that she still holds it becomes even more confounding.
