I live in California and I am pulling my hair out reading this story. Where did this judge come from...under a rock? As the mother of a special needs child, I'm livid. Maureen, have you no compassion? How do you sleep at night letting other kids mentally abuse another human being? Get some balls and stand up for what is right.
