With all due respect, Judge McGraw, you have performed your job duties extremely poorly in regards to this child with special needs. You should be ashamed of yourself because you have demonstrated misconduct by further "bullying from the bench" on this child. Please demonstrate some type of humanity and dismiss these charges against this child with special needs. Also, with all due respect, please educate yourself regarding IDEA legislation and the special protection that is guaranteed to this child while in school. This is wrong!
