Community Update

I don't live in Pa., but I am disappointed that this young man would be charged with wiretapping and disorderly conduct. With the growing violence in our country and in schools it seems like a no brainer to charge him for trying to stop some bad behavior of others. If what he did is wiretapping, then how many people that videotape bad car accidents and fights outside bars and in neighborhoods get arrested for taping them and putting them on you tube? I am sure the answer is NONE. That needs to be taken into consideration here. If he is going to be convicted of wiretapping then everyone that video tapes people without their knowledge need to have warrants sworn out on them, including businesses that don't have warnings posted that people are being video taped.
