you are what is wrong with this country. a kid being bullied and you charge him? disgusting. guess it would have been different if the recording would have been found after he had committed suicide? or would you have charged him for that as well? this story is sickening and all you are doing is making it so the kid will continue to be bullied. I can't believe you are allowed to call yourself a judge.
