Charge a child for recording his experience of being bullied? What is this judge smoking? Isn't this the "justice" system? Where is the justice for that boy's bullies? How about the school officials that bullied him into deleting the recording? I smell foul play here and cronyism. Next time the citizens of this county have the chance, I suggest they vote this kind of incompetence out of judgeship.
