Drop the case.
Someone who punishes a student for getting evidence for his bullying situation, criminalizing him, and verall simply not giving him the help he needed, cannot be trusted to preside in court.
He wanted to get evidence since he felt like he couldn't get help from the system. And you know what? He was right.
